ACRES Development Corporation ("ADC") was formed in 2005 to manage land development, build to suit projects, interior improvement projects, and turn-key development. ADC, as a Texas commercial real estate development firm, specializes in the following real estate project development areas: Build-to-Suit, Corporate Headquarters, Corporate Campus, Single and Multi-Tenant Projects, Joint Venture, Syndication, Project Repositioning, Redevelopment and Project Management, and Construction Management.
ACRES three founding members possess well over 75 years of combined commercial and investment real estate experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Since its inception in 1990, ACRES has leased and sold millions of square feet of Industrial, Office and Retail property and developed some of the highest quality projects in north Texas.
Our clients include all varieties of corporate owners and occupiers of Industrial, Office and Retail property. We represent regional, national and international corporations across the United States and in Mexico as well.
